The Executive Director, Global Corporate Development, will work directly with WEBTOON's global top management to define, identify, analyze, & execute M&A/investment opportunities & strategic partnerships. This role is critical for driving WEBTOON's rapid global expansion by actively pursuing both organic & inorganic growth opportunities. The ideal candidate must possess superior business acumen, strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, & excellent communication skills to engage & partner with both internal & external stakeholders. This role will report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer & partner closely with key stakeholders globally across Content, Operations, Product, Marketing as well as Korea & Japan teams.
