The Head of Sales will be an experienced digital media sales executive with deep knowledge of the digital acquisition & omni-channel marketplace. They will be responsible for helping to lead & grow a team of strategic field sellers in the Eastern North America region working with top-tier agencies & marketers to meet customer needs & exceed the team's revenue goals. They will have strong relationships & be able to easily meet with high-level decision makers at Big 6 & independent agencies.
The ideal candidate will be a proven sales leader, effective manager, will be humble & be respected by subordinates, colleagues, & customers. They love to be a player-coach, strategizing with their team, finding ideal solutions for customers & building deep relationships with agencies & clients.
