We are seeking a detail-oriented & results-driven Marketing Operations Coordinator to assist in maintaining the deployment calendar & coordinating email schedules, quality assurance, & performance of our email channel. You will support the execution of all marketing emails, ensuring they are delivered accurately, render correctly, & follow industry best practices. This is not a people management opportunity.

You Will:

Email Execution & Quality Assurance

  • Own the Deployment Calendar: Support the execution & scheduling of all promotional, nurture, & operational emails within Marketo.
  • Technical Build: Assist in building, testing, & deploying final email assets from approved templates, ensuring accurate personalization tokens, dynamic content, & segmentation logic.
  • QA Support: Help conduct thorough & comprehensive quality assurance (QA) checks, including link validation, list suppression, rendering across major clients, & proofreading before every deployment.
  • Deliverability Management: Support tracking of deliverability metrics (bounce rates, spam complaints) & troubleshoot basic deliverability issues to maintain optimal sender reputation.
  • A/B Testing: Configure & manage A/B tests for subject lines, content, & send times to optimize engagement & conversion rates.

Template Management & Optimization

  • HTML/CSS Maintenance: Work with pre-approved HTML/CSS email templates, applying minor coding edits & dynamic content to meet campaign requirements.
  • Process Efficiency: Document & refine the email deployment process to maximize efficiency & maintain speed while minimizing errors.
  • Compliance: Ensure all email deployments adhere strictly to global data privacy & anti-spam regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track, analyze, & report on key email performance metrics, including Open Rates, Click-Through Rates (CTR), Conversion Rates, & Unsubscribes.
  • Provide actionable insights on email performance trends to the team to inform future content strategy & segmentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, both written & verbal
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing execution, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency with a Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot. Marketo is a plus but not required.
  • Working knowledge of basic HTML & CSS specifically as it applies to email development & troubleshooting rendering issues.
  • Exceptional attention to detail & proven ability to manage multiple complex deployments under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the purpose & function of UTM tracking & how it relates to email links & campaign attribution.
