YOUR ROLE
You will be a key player in helping orchestrate effective & brand-compliant Asset Production & Management across a diverse range of regional markets. The key aspects of the role are to support local Mercedes-Benz markets with their marketing content needs & assist establishing & implementing effective processes to drive transparency & accountability to content production in market.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
(but are not limited to)
- Support the teams diverse range of markets with marketing content needs
- Lead content approval processes with Regional Mercedes-Benz stakeholders
- Run status meetings with senior stakeholders to present accurate reporting of local market activity
- Develop key reporting documents on weekly & monthly basis to Mercedes-Benz stakeholders
- Own the development & updates of key campaign trackers & measurement tools
- Contribute to development of strategic processes for collaboration with Region Overseas markets
- Lead the process for Asset Requests from ROS markets by guiding & supporting effective assets execution/activation that stays on brand
- Manage key client relationships, ensuring responsive service & service delivery
- Develop relationships with markets to understand local market activity & specific market nuances
- Coordinate with global team x to ensure global campaigns are deployed effectively across the region
- Identify & deliver opportunities for consistency in the campaign deployment across the region
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong Project Management skills on large & complex projects.
- Good understanding of team operations & ability to manage up ensuring no deadlines are missed & accurate & effective status of project & milestones are maintained.
- Ability to support & eventually lead content development & approval processes with senior stakeholders
- Minimum 3+ years working in an agency / client-side environment
- Experience at Global/Local operating models is desirable but not essential
- Experience working across automotive, technology & / or luxury categories is desirable but not essential
- Proven experience in client services with track record in managing internationally based stakeholders in brand, digital & data driven marketing
- Familiarity with asset management processes & tools, including Project Management platforms, asset banks & content management systems
- An understanding of the creative development process & content production
- Capable of developing accurate, nuanced reporting documentation with insights
- Strong communication skills & ability to interact with colleagues & clients with various backgrounds & levels of seniority, as well as different cultures & perspectives
- Fluency in English, written & verbal, with the ability to create clear communications, land key messages & create persuasive arguments
