Overview

We are looking for an experienced & motivated leader who will effectively build, mentor, inspire & lead a team of inside sales executives. You should bring a proven record of accomplishment of success in achieving sales targets & previous experience motivating teams through leadership, coaching, interpersonal communication, & team-building skills. The Manager of Sales will be a leader on the sales team while collaborating cross-departmentally to ensure revenue targets are met. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute strategies to prioritize focus on acquiring new customers & expand Rithums current customer platform adoption with our innovative solutions & services 
  • Serve as a people leader, responsible for building, developing, & retaining a high performing sales team, enabling new hires, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, & continues improvement 
  • In conjunction with senior sales leadership, develop & implement key performance indicators & measures of success for individual Sales Executives as well as the team as a whole 
  • Identify key areas for standardization within the sales process to support the companys key business initiatives & selling methodology 
  • Monitor sales against monthly targets & adjust processes & sales efforts to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, & annual goals 
  • Work with other members of leadership to develop additional sales incentives, performance goals & motivate team members to perform at the highest level 
  • Provide senior leadership detailed, data driven forecasting models on a monthly & quarterly basis 
  • Develop broad product knowledge to serve as a resource to individual team members throughout the sales process including demos to ensure Sales Executives are effectively articulating all that Rithum has to offer to the benefit of our clients 

Qualifications 

  • 3-5 years of sales management experience, 5-10 years overall sales experience
  • Experience in SaaS & B2B environment
  • Proven record of sales success in a complex software or technology environment
  • Ability to communicate & convey the value proposition of a complex software platform via phone, in person, & online demos
  • Experience utilizing an enterprise level CRM (preferably salesforce.com) to monitor & manage daily, weekly, & monthly sales activities of the team
  • Success in a past leadership role, including the ongoing development of individual team members through training, mentoring & overall performance management
  • Ability to devise creative strategies to motivate & energize a large team of Sales Executives
  • Proven history of consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment
  • Highly effective organizational & multi-tasking skills
  • Demonstrated success in a collaborative, cross functional environment
  • Energetic, professional tenacious team player with excellent verbal & written communications skills
  • Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness & integrity

Preferred Qualifications 

  • BS or BA degree preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator
