To thrive in this role, youll need:

• Proven experience managing teams, ideally in a programmatic or bidded environment

• Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies, including Header Bidding & RTB processes

• Excellent analytical skills & familiarity with tools like SQL, Grafana, & Tableau

• Experience with case management tools such as Salesforce or Jira

• Strong leadership & communication skills, with a collaborative & solutions-oriented mindset

• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts & handle high-pressure, real-time situations

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience driving operational improvements & implementing process optimizations

• Familiarity with incident response workflows & performance analytics

• A background in digital ad tech & working with cross-functional teams

How youll make an impact:

• Lead & mentor a team of Bidder Operations Monitoring Specialists

• Oversee real-time monitoring of bidding systems & proactively respond to anomalies

• Drive workflow optimization & implement best practices

• Act as escalation point for critical issues & lead incident resolution efforts

• Collaborate with internal teams including Account Managers, Product, & R&D

• Provide insights through data analysis to inform business & operational decisions

• Ensure your team is continuously trained & upskilled for evolving platform needs
