In this role, you will lead the development of a marketplace of innovative, partner integrations to enhance the capabilities of our best-in-class intelligent automation & document processing platform. These integrations will bring valuable data enrichment capabilities to our business process workflows, enabling our customers to automate use cases & tasks across the verticals we serve, including the financial services, insurance & healthcare industries. The ideal candidate for this role has experience & skills that cover product management, technical integrations, API management & partner relationship management.
Define the product strategy, vision, & roadmap for partner integrations, 3rd party connectors, APIs & solutions
Gather business & technical requirements by working closely with internal product teams, executives, stakeholders, integration partners & external clients
Build & own the technical partner onboarding experience
Become a SME on integration capabilities between WorkFusion & our technical partners
Work with legal team defining partner contracts & building a framework to ensure delivery on partner SLAs
Develop pricing options for cloud & on-premises software
Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, sales, marketing, data science & AI/ML research
5+ years of product management experience
Experience with API technologies (service architectures, authentication protocols, key management, etc.)
Proficiency with technical API documentation
Experience entering & managing partner relationships
Strong understanding of cloud-based software & SaaS integrations & technologies
Knowledge of SaaS pricing models
Strong understanding of user experience (UX), highly empathetic with users, customers, partners & co-workers
Experience with product management & product ownership in an agile environment (managing a backlog, SCRUM, PI Planning)
Able to demonstrate leadership & independent decision-making throughout the product lifecycle & the software development lifecycle
Nice to have
Business development & partnership contract negotiation experience
Experience managing an app or partner marketplace
