This role is responsible for implementing & overseeing training programs for our production & warehouse environment. Responsible for developing a skilled & knowledgeable workforce, particularly the onboarding & training of new colleagues. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, create training materials, conduct training sessions, & evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs. Manage & support the development of Training Ambassadors.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Training Ambassadors on the shift to ensure that the shift KPIs are met in full & on time.
• Engaging & developing the team to achieve optimum performance & meet their full potential through performance management.
• Role modelling the Companys DNA & ensuring that these are followed by the team.
• Dealing with day to day queries from Colleagues liaising with HR, Training Teams as required.
• Collaborate with department managers & supervisors to identify training needs & develop training programs that align with the company's goals & objectives.
• Conduct training sessions for new & existing employees, utilising a variety of training methods.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs & make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Maintain training records & documentation, including attendance, evaluations, & training completion reports.
• Provide support & guidance to training ambassadors, promoting a positive & collaborative learning environment.
• Monitor & review the sign off process of the safe system of work documents.
• Ensuring that Food Safety & Health & Safety standards are met & sustainably maintained. You are required to cooperate with HelloFresh in all health & safety matters.  You are responsible for ensuring your own health, safety & welfare in the activities you undertake.  You must report incidents immediately & actively raise health & safety-related concerns to your Line Manager.
• Undertaking basic problem solving activities & escalating to the Training Lead where necessary.
• Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures & Instructions.
• Leading or being involved in ad hoc projects as & when required.
• Championing key Company strategies; initiatives eg: Colleague Happiness Surveys; Diverse & Inclusive working; Colleague Wellbeing.
• Any other responsibilities/duties which would be reasonably expected as part of this role.
