The role
Our State Sales Manager are responsible for the managing & oversight of all internal direct sales & marketing activities & strategies within their respective State/Region. They are responsible for growing a sales team to achieve key business objections. This includes managing all aspects of direct sales activity within their respective State.
You will
- Plan, direct & coordinate all internal sales & marketing activities in respective State/Region
- Set targets & forecast sales results to achieve key business objections through driving high total conversions, increasing average order values, & maximizing customer lifetime value
- Direct & reinforce company brand through the training & oversight of all local customer-facing aspects of the business in respective State
- Develop & implement new sales initiatives or strategies to maximize sales volume, profitability & customer retention/loyalty
- Work closely with Senior Growth Managers & Directors as well as the Brand Team to implement localized sales & marketing initiatives in line with company values
- Protect the companys brand & values
- Liaise with brand & creative teams to drive customer loyalty & retention through managing team leaders & sales representatives maintenance of brand image
- Management of local direct sales teams across residential & event sales campaigns including sourcing, hiring, onboarding, training & performance management
- Grow local direct sales teams through employment development, hiring, onboarding & training of sales team leaders & sales representatives
- Develop KPIs of all aspects of the direct sales channel
- Organize & source special events & new opportunities for teams to sell within respective region
You have
- Experience developing & working towards sales targets & KPIs
- Managed a team of sales representatives across direct sales campaigns (door to door preferred)
- An obsession with detail & a nature that will not rest until everything is in order
- Quantitative & analytical experience including comfort with Excel

Duration: Permanent full time role. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia/New Zealand.
Location: Melbourne, Victoria
Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 + super.
