About the Position
We're looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer to help us build high-performance, scalable web applications & APIs that enable our customers to manage their data with clarity & ease across cloud & hybrid environments. This role offers the opportunity to work across the entire stack, from elegant user interfaces in React.js to robust backend services using Node.jsall powered by modern AWS infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, & maintain full stack web applications using React.js, Node.js, & JavaScript
- Implement scalable backend services & APIs, with secure & performant data flows
- Build cloud-native features leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, & ECS, SNS, SQS, RDS
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, & other engineers to create intuitive & responsive user experiences
- Participate in the full development lifecycle: planning, architecture, development, testing, deployment, & maintenance
- Debug, troubleshoot, & optimize application performance across the stack
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our SDLC processes, tools, & best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with full stack development in React.js, Node.js, & JavaScript
- Strong understanding of modern web technologies, UI frameworks, & RESTful API design
- Experience working with AWS services to build & deploy cloud-native applications
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, & agile development methodologies
- Solid grasp of CS fundamentals (e.g., data structures, algorithms, asynchronous programming, web security)
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, & testable code
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills; collaborative & customer-first mindset
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with serverless architecture & microservices
- Familiarity with TypeScript & AdonisJS
- Understanding of containerization & orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience working in high-scale, high-throughput SaaS environments
Key Benefits
The annual pay range for the role is USD $142,000.00 - $214,000.00. Individual pay depends on various factors, such as role level, relevant experience & skills, & location. Pay ranges are reviewed & typically updated each year. Offers are made within the pay range applicable at the time. U.S. based employees have access to healthcare benefits, short-term & long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, wellbeing benefits, flexible time off, & paid holidays, among others.
