As an Advertising Sales Manager on the Enterprise Advertising Sales team, in our Berlin Office, youll  join our growing DACH team & play a vital role in building & managing long-term strategic partnerships with Tier I Brands & agencies across the Region. As a highly-valued & proactive individual, you will contribute to Taboolas growth by advocating the power of our platform within assigned client-direct & agency accounts. Success in this role is based on consistent prospecting/networking & pipeline development, new client acquisition/activation, client retention/growth, & achievement against progressive total revenue goals. We operate in a matrixed environment, with support from a skilled team of account managers, media planners, creative strategists & agency development leaders.  To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree, Master would be preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales-driven environment
  • Dedicated number advertiser & agency contacts in DACH, network in the Austria market would be huge plus
  • Experience independently build, pursue & close a large pipeline of leads
  • The ability to learn & apply new concepts quickly
  • A metrics-oriented, competitive attitude
  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone & presentation skills in German, good English would be an advantage
  • Passion to hunt, educate & sell 
  • Technologically Savvy ability to learn what is needed to support deals successful implementation & optimization
  • The commitment & ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment & learn, learn, learn!
  • Be based in a commutable distance to either our Munich or Berlin office

How youll make an impact:

As an Advertising Sales Manager, youll bring value by:

  • Generating new business & manage a robust pipeline & accurately forecast new business closure rate
  • Understanding clients organization & offer multiple Taboola products to a given client by finding the right stakeholders for each product
  • Gaining excellent understanding of digital technology, programmatic, video, & revenue ecosystem to be able to explain product benefits within this context
  • Working closely with the Advertising sales Director to consistently achieve & exceed revenue goals.
  • Interacting with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations & ensure successful campaign management
  • Working closely with our Account Managers to manage long-term relationships with our clients
  • Conveying feedback from clients to Taboolas product team in regards to product development needs
