Squarespace's People Team is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who will hire in our Dublin office & other international locations. Our Talent Acquisition team finds & hires talent, serves as strategic partners to business leaders, & fosters Squarespace's talent brand. We are a collaborative, dedicated, & agile team, who pride our selves in excellent execution & white-glove service. You will partner with our local People Team & will predominantly support the Engineering, Product, & Customer Operations departments.

This is an opportunity for you to establish yourself as Squarespace's expert in international hiring, immediately accelerate our current efforts, & directly contribute to the success of our international growth.

This is a hybrid role working from our Dublin office 3 days per week. You will report to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition.

You'll Get To

• Develop & implement hiring strategies for top technical & business talent across 5+ countries, serving as Squarespace's international hiring expert.
• Provide an efficient, high-touch experience for every candidate from application to offer, & for every hiring manager from intake to close.
• Build high-trust, advisory relationships with hiring managers & interviewers alike; influence recruitment strategies & positively affecting hiring outcomes
• Identify, attract, & evaluate candidates using your understanding of Squarespace's culture, product, needs, & strategic direction.
• Recommend, negotiate, & close offers, selling Squarespace's compensation philosophy, culture, unique impact of their role, & opportunity.
• Demonstrate your personal impact, results & performance through high quality data & accurate data in our applicant tracking system.

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience with full-cycle recruiting & a success within technical recruiting (either agency or internal) across multiple countries & new countries alike.
• Current with the latest engineering trends, frameworks, languages, & libraries
• An excellent grasp of the Dublin tech ecosystem
• A sense of accomplishment from providing slates of sourced passive candidates
• Experience educating & selling candidates on equity compensation vehicles, including: RSUs & stock options
• Experience hiring candidates with visa sponsorship requirements; understanding of visa sponsorship types & limitations
