Growth Hacker - Velocity Team

We are seeking a talented & creative Growth Hacker to join our growing velocity team. The Growth Hacker will be responsible for developing & executing innovative strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, & retention. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong analytical mindset, a passion for experimentation, & a track record of driving measurable results in a fast-paced, growth-oriented & data-driven environment. Our goal is to build a motion for our prospects & customers that enables low to zero touch in the acquisition process, exposing fast paced, real value as quickly as possible, & closing higher rates & higher volume of transactions.

Responsibilities

  • User/Customer Acquisition: Working with the marketing team, develop & execute strategies to drive user/customer acquisition across various channels - including digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, & partnerships.
  • Conversion Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize conversion rates at every stage of the customer journey, from initial engagement to conversion & beyond.
  • Experimentation & Testing: Design & conduct A/B tests, GPT prompts, & multivariate experiments to optimize key metrics & drive continuous improvement.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze user data & marketing performance metrics to identify trends, insights, & opportunities for optimization.
  • Retention & Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance user engagement & retention, including lifecycle marketing campaigns, personalized messaging, & product optimization.
  • Product-Market Fit: Collaborate closely with product management & development teams to understand user needs & drive product enhancements that align with customer requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, & customer success, to drive alignment & ensure cohesive execution of growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in  Data Science, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, product led sales or related roles, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, & retention through innovative growth strategies & tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis & interpretation, including proficiency in Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels & techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, & content marketing.
  • Experience with A/B testing & experimentation methodologies, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Sumo Logic Privacy Policy

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,600. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but arent limited to) such as role level, skills & competencies, qualifications, knowledge, location, & experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings, & equity awards.
