Overview
Were looking for an ambitious & energetic candidate to join our Sales Development team as a Strategic Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for targeting economic buyers & decision makers & developing strategies to acquire interest from these potential buyers. You will execute outreach & engagement programs to produce qualified pipeline opportunities.
In addition to previous work experience, you will need knowledge of developing & executing on outreach plans that result in engagement with decision makers.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual quota
- Continuously grow in knowledge of CA/CH products & services.
- Schedule & coordinate deep dive discovery calls between the Account Executive team & decision-makers at prospect accounts.
- Find decision makers within prospect accounts using research tools (including but not limited to ZoomInfo & LinkedIn).
- Maintain strong overall outreach activity levels to facilitate success (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, & vidyards).
- Effectively communicate account status & progress to management.
- Create & nurture relationships across assigned accounts.
- Demonstrate the value propositions of our products & services on phone calls, video meetings & in emails.
- Qualify & prioritize opportunities to ensure appropriate recommendations for follow up.
- Follow procedures to ensure assigned leads are engaged & moved through the qualification process.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) of experience as an SDR or similar role in a SAAS environment.
- Demonstrated success of achieving quota as an SDR or similar role in a SaaS environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience selling software solutions.
- Knowledge of sales tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree.
- Experience selling complex software solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn & Zoominfo.
