Viators B2B team is an exciting, fast growing business unit that drives revenue growth, diversification & innovation for Viators suppliers, affiliates, & partners. We offer suppliers & partners a variety of ways to work with Viator via a wide selection of tools & platforms. What youll do:
As a Manager, B2B Marketing Analytics at Viator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy & optimizing our marketing investments. You will be responsible for managing & leading a small team of other marketing analysts, coordinating with Product Management & Product Analytics teams to ensure proper data collection for marketing program purposes, overseeing data analysis & reporting, providing actionable insights to drive marketing campaigns, customer acquisition, & retention strategies.
As a Manager, B2B Marketing Analytics, you will:

Team Leadership: Lead & mentor a team of marketing analysts & data scientists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, & continuous learning.

Data Strategy: Develop & execute a data strategy to collect, organize, & analyze marketing data effectively, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, & security.

Data Analysis: Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, & areas for improvement in marketing performance, customer behavior, & ROI.

Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns, allocate budgets effectively, & identify the most profitable channels & audience segments.

Reporting: Create & maintain dashboards & reports that provide real-time insights to key stakeholders, including executives & marketing teams.

A/B Testing: Design & oversee A/B & multivariate testing initiatives to refine marketing strategies & improve conversion rates.

Customer Segmentation: Utilize customer segmentation & profiling to tailor marketing strategies & improve customer targeting.

Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends & competitors' strategies, providing recommendations for competitive advantage.

Budget Management: Manage the marketing analytics budget efficiently, allocating resources to projects that have the most significant impact on ROI.

Communication: Effectively communicate complex data findings & insights to non-technical stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field, preferably at least 2 years managing a team.

Proven experience in team leadership & management.

Proficiency in data analysis tools & languages such as SQL, Excel, & data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, BigQuery).

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution models, & CRM systems.

Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment & adapt to changing priorities.
