Teads is looking for a motivated Sales person to join our growing Agency division. As a Junior Sales Manager Agency, you will be responsible for a portfolio of strategic agencies for Teads.

Your main mission will be to promote the sale of our solutions to agencies & direct advertisers.

Your main responsibilities will be to

  • Find & develop a relationship of trust with prospecting clients
  • Ensure a regular presence with your clients: meetings, presentations, events...
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Provide a strong consulting dimension & a high-quality service
  • Propose relevant media recommendations adapted to your clients' needs
  • Work in close collaboration with the various internal areas of expertise (Creative Studio, Account Management, Platform...) in order to best meet client requirements
  • Build & negotiate annual partnerships
  • Ensure sales targets are met

Experience/background

  • A first successful experience (between 1 & 3 years) in prospecting, developing the loyalty of accounts & selling online media is particularly appreciated
  • You have a very good knowledge of the Media/Advertising ecosystem, & you like to keep up to date with innovations in this sector
  • Knowledge of online video solutions is a real plus
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills & a very good level of speech
  • Curious, dynamic, you show initiative on a daily basis & enjoy working in a team
  • Adaptable, flexible & a good listener, you have a strong sense of customer service & like to find solutions
