THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION BASED IN BANGALORE, INDIA.
THE ROLE
As the Talent Operations Manager, youll be the engine behind MPOWERs talent engine owning end-to-end recruiting delivery, workforce planning, recruiting infrastructure, & people analytics. Youll partner closely with our Leadership, Finance, & People teams to build scalable, data-driven systems that enable hypergrowth & operational excellence.
This is a hybrid leadership role, combining hands-on recruiting with strategic operations & system ownership.
- Leading end-to-end recruiting across multiple functions while owning the annual hiring plan, recruiting budget, & partnership with Finance for forecasting & reconciliation.
- Managing pipelines, prioritizing business-critical hires, & ensuring an exceptional candidate & stakeholder experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Building & optimizing the recruiting infrastructure through Greenhouse automation, process standardization, & governance frameworks.
- Owning full Greenhouse administration maintaining system hygiene, role-based access, & approval chains; managing templates, integrations, & structured interview design. Enforcing compliance with GDPR & local data regulations while driving audit readiness & system excellence.
- Designing & maintaining recruiting analytics dashboards to monitor time to hire, cost per hire, funnel efficiency, & recruiter performance. Translating data into insights that inform workforce planning, headcount forecasting, & leadership decision-making.
- Partnering on compensation strategy & workforce planning to ensure equity, market competitiveness, & strategic alignment.
- Leading talent programs & strategic initiatives such as campus hiring & internship programs with elite institutions like IIMs, IITs. Building pipelines that strengthen MPOWERs employer brand & future-ready workforce while driving continuous improvement across all talent operations.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree or higher in HR, Business, or Analytics preferred.
- 1012 years of progressive experience in Talent Operations, Recruiting/HR with minimum 5 years of experience managing a team.
- Deep expertise in Greenhouse (admin-level), HRIS systems such as Charthop, & cross-system integrations.
- Proven experience leading recruiting programs & systems in a high-growth, fast-scaling environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights & business decisions.
- Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management, process design, & global compliance.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, & project management skills with a passion for continuous improvement.
A passion for financial inclusion & access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple time zones & locations!
In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles & responsibilities, variable workload, tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, & 80-20 everything.
