The Project Manager reports to a Program Manager. Works closely with Directors & Subject Matter Experts, designers, developers & quality to ensure flawless project execution, efficient resource allocation, project financial sanity & client satisfaction. He/She supports grows project delivery discipline & helps to develop processes, documentation, standardization & tools. He/She is a key player on building high-energy, multi-disciplinary teams. He/She is interested, invested & passionate about the industry, the clients we serve, & the work produced.


You will:

  • Responsible for immediate supervision project delivery including scope, resource, risk, financial & time management.
  • Responsible for monitoring the daily activities of the projects assigned.
  • Works on issues of limited to moderate scope.
  • Receives predetermined work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control & review.
  • Follows established practices & procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
  • Requires moderate knowledge of own area of functional responsibility.
  • Follows practices which ensure there are no delays in schedules, deadlines, outcomes.
  • Understand & applies the Agile values & principles.
  • Raise flags to its Program Manager on needs & opportunities for improvement of Agile practice.
  • Follows Hangar Agile governance approaches - such as ticket descriptions, metrics, dashboards & reporting.
  • Manages projects & resources in charge.
  • Understands project delivery phases & manage them with minimal supervision ( initiation, planning, definition, design, implementation/development, testing & deployment cycles).
  • Drives weekly releases for vertical and/or horizontal; review & prioritization of work & resource planning.
  • Coordinates with Development & QA teams & communicates with all impacted Stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with IT technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Ensures all projects stay in scope & on schedule & inform the Program Manager if anything risk is identified (even with low probability or impact).
  • Partners with our AP team to drive cohesion around the customer experience & partner retention.

You have: 

  • Ideally Intermediate English Proficiency (C1).
  • 3+ years of experience managing a variety of digital project types; site builds, ecommerce, marketing campaigns, microsites, maintenance.
  • 3+ experience in project finance, pipeline planning, forecasting, road mapping & leadership.
  • 3+ experience in resource management for projects including balancing priorities, timelines.
  • Knowledge of collaboration & issue tracking tools such as Box, Jira, Confluence.
  • PMP designation, SCRUM Master, Six Sigma.
