The role

For our international & fast growing Growth team in Berlin, we are looking for a senior marketing manager to lead our influencer creative strategy to drive further growth across the entire group by creating groundbreaking & engaging content.

As the owner of our creative strategy, your main task will be to develop & measure different content schemes & test to try across all our territories & brands in order to create excitement & interest in customers, as well as setting us apart from our competitors as a revolutionary & on-trend company. You will use your vast knowledge in influencer marketing together with data from our global & local campaigns to drive targeted messages for acquisition & full-funnel campaigns. You will also work closely with global & local peers to ensure that our macro influencer & celebrity campaigns are set for successful ROI. 
You will report directly to the Global Associate Director of Influencer Marketing.

What youll do

• Serve as the primary owner of the global creative strategy for Influencer Marketing, setting up strategy focused on customer acquisition & retention
• Be the primary point of contact between the influencer team & the global brand team for seasonal campaigns, metric measurement & campaign planning 
• Create & develop data-driven reports where senior global & local stakeholders can read the value of the different metrics of influencer campaigns
• Use data as your main source to measure the performance of the campaigns and, accordingly, steer the creative impact & organize tests  
• Be hands-on & manage celebrity performance global campaigns in tandem with your local & global peers, which includes: 
• Identify, select, & reach out to suitable global talents & agencies to work with in our campaigns
• Negotiate & maintain long term collaborations with our influencers & agencies
• Create 360 campaign plans in tandem with the analytics team to make sure youre evaluating all pieces of the campaigns
• Observe & analyze industry trends in order to build up our long term influencer channel strategy

• Take a strategic & analytical approach to manage the channel to meet CAC, ROI, & budget goals 
• Take an active role in the global project pipeline to ensure that our central influencer strategy is applied in our local organizations 
• Take a critic view on the current setup of the program & actively propose strategic changes in favor of ROI
• Be a respectable leader & work in collaboration with the entire local & global influencer managers to make sure our content strategy sets us apart from our competitors

What youll bring

• You have at least 4-5 years of experience as influencer marketing manager 
• You have an understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, including recent industry trends & knowledge of the global celebrity & influencer scene
• You have strong negotiation skills & experience dealing with complex agencies & large budgets 
• You have proven record of measuring creative excellence & working across multiple teams & territories 
• You are data driven & have strong Excel/Google Sheet skills 
• You have strong relationship management skills 
• You are highly self motivated individual with a hands-on mentality
• Requirement: Full proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus
