We're looking for an exceptional Associate Visual Designer to join our international creative team, helping shape how audiences discover & engage with WEBTOON across platform, social, paid media, & real-world touchpoints. This role is focused on creating high-impact, performance-driven design that attracts new audiences while deepening engagement with existing fans across channels.
We're seeking a detail-oriented, trend-aware designer who is a strong problem solver & can operate both autonomously & collaboratively. The ideal candidate brings strong visual fundamentals & understands how to translate creative concepts into compelling, audience-first design that performs. They are able to balance regional nuance with global appeal, ensuring work resonates across diverse markets while contributing to scalable creative output.
