About The Team:
This team is the engine room of our Hello Fresh Delivery Network (HFDN) focused on making sure every customer box gets where it needs to be, on time & in full for our customers in the North West. They are the intermediary between drivers & customers taking on sole responsibly for the final mile/home delivery. The Delivery Coordinator will be multi-site focused & data-oriented, they monitor delivery progress live, handle escalations with our delivery service partners (DSPs), review EPODs, update trackers, & ensure reporting is clear & timely. They maintain the pulse of the network & ensure customer promises are upheld.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Oversee daily delivery performance across multiple sites, ensuring all DSP routes are covered
- Monitor live systems, spotting & resolving issues in real-time with the relevant DSP
- Review EPOD images & performance data, ensuring deliveries meet customer expectations
- Build strong relationships & act as a key contact for day-to-day queries from DSP & customers, ensuring alignment & accountability
- Prioritise tasks based on what matters most to the customer
Who You Are:
- Experience in delivery, logistics, or transport coordination
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to juggle live operations & admin
- Confidence in using spreadsheets & interpreting data
- A clear, professional communicator both with internal teams & external partners
- You will be a calm, solutions-focused approach to live operational challenges

Location: 620 Warrington Rd, Risley, Croft, Warrington WA3 6BE - however we can be flexible for a candidate to work at either our Atherstone or Derby site
Shifts: There are two roles available: Saturday - Wednesday 8am - 4pm & Saturday - Wednesday 10am - 6pm
