The Revenue Operations Manager is a critical member of the Revenue & Operations organization, reporting into the Director of Global Revenue Operations. The role is responsible for supporting new & existing processes & insights to enable the Sales Assist organization to deliver & exceed their goals. You will manage relationships with sales managers & work together in creating & finding important trends over time.

What youll do:

  • Partner with sales leadership in EMEA & APAC to drive sales efficiency by delivering data driven insights & recommendations
  • Support the regional sales forecasting process by implementing best practices & analyzing the forecast vs. trends 
  • Drive transformational projects, including project scoping & design, execution, & enablement 
  • Support Sales Leaders & RevOps with ad-hoc reporting, analytics, project management, etc.
  • Drive adoption of, & maintain, the knowledge base on processes & policies ensure consistency throughout onboarding, training & service delivery.

Skills & knowledge you should possess:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in sales ops and/or marketing ops
  • Highly motivated, self starter who can connect the dots in a fast paced environment
  • Comfortable in an ambiguous environment & a proactive problem solver
  • Analytically driven, with the ability to problem solve using data, & develop solutions with a clear-eyed & impartial focus on efficiency
  • Able to effectively prioritize tasks that focus on the customer & their journey
  • Strong listening & persuasion skills & ability to partner the team members & stakeholders to align cross-functional groups to continuously improve the revenue stack
  • Experience with SaaS offerings & product led growth companies
