Job Responsibilities

• Completion of DV University & other onboarding tasks to understand DVs products & the role of an account manager at DV.
• Responsible for assisting the Account Management team with their day-to-day activities supporting our clients with outstanding service.
• Provide internal support for the Account Management team.
• Take part in all internal meetings relevant for Account Managers.
• Join external client-facing meetings.
• Complete assigned tasks within appropriate SLA/deadline on a daily basis.
• Create cases in Salesforce for requesting support from the Implementation Management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled to a business studies related subject
• Fluent in German & English language
• Organized with a rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, & a positive can-doapproach.
