Position
WorkFusion is seeking an Automation Consultant s to join the Customer Success team with one of the world's leading & fastest growing artificial intelligence & robotics technology companies.
 
Successful candidates will have a combination of top tier consulting, technology & relevant industry experience. They will be responsible for leading clients & technology partners on strategic & transformational initiatives relevant to Automation, including project & program definition/execution, in a fast-paced environment to drive top-line revenue growth & efficiency/cost savings, improve operational performance & enhance client experience across WorkFusion's portfolio of clients.
 
Some travel (once safe) required due to the global nature of the business & customer base.
  
Key responsibilities
Conduct consulting engagements based on enablement materials as part of our Client & Partners' transformation programs
Structure & execute on initiatives by developing work plans, gathering & synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, developing final recommendations & creating execution roadmap 
Conduct rapid diagnostic and/or detailed due diligence to articulate opportunity impact, timing & other parameters
Build business cases for strategic programs & present or support presentations to senior management to achieve executive level buy-in
Program management & coordination of strategic initiatives
Collaborate with Business Transformation team members, WorkFusion leaders & subject matter experts on sales enablement & engagement materials relevant to our Clients & Partners 
Communicate results with executive leadership & broader organization
Manage deadlines / timeframes, proactively escalating issues as needed
Translate business requirements into automation solution designs

Qualifications/Experience:  
        Minimum of 5+ years of experience within consulting, technology & relevant industry experience
        BA/BS degree or equivalent required, MBA preferred 
        Managerial experience in a consulting environment  
        Familiarity with RPA/ML Software 
        Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills 
        Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate & mediate conflict & foster joint partnership 
        Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, & influence at all levels of the organization, including C-level 
        Self-motivated, team-oriented, & focused on exceeding client expectations 
        Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
