We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations professional who is passionate about helping developers & small businesses succeed with cloud technology. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you own some of the most critical tools in our Martech stack, focusing on the people, processes, & technology that enable marketing to function efficiently & effectively. 

What youll be doing:

• Youll manage our most critical marketing technology: This includes martech implementations & migrations, system administration, tech stack planning, vendor relationship management, renewals, & procurement. Central to our tech stack, youll be responsible for Marketo, Clay, Knak, & a number of other tools that enable our team to do their best work.
• Youll iterate upon & improve our Martech Stack: Whats worked for us in the past might not be the right tool or system for our future. You will drive the continuous improvement & iteration of our marketing systems & technology, seeking the best vendors & workflows to support our product-led growth & Sales motions.
• Youll experiment with AI-powered workflows: Youll have the opportunity to lead a cross-functional team of Marketers who are using AI to improve decision making, surface new data insights, enhance productivity, & drive a better customer experience.
• Youll work cross-functionally: You will partner closely with Sales, Data & Analytics, & Revenue Operations to drive revenue success. While working with those teams, youll ensure our Sales organization meets its revenue goals while enabling our customers to meet their business goals. 

What Well Expect From You:

• A deep well of Marketing technology experience: Marketo & Clay experience are pluses, but not requirements for this role. We are seeking an individual who understands the intricacies of marketing automation platforms, data enrichment, & marketing systems architecture. 
• Technical aptitude & a desire to learn: Were looking for someone curious about technology, from Marketing automation to AI. Youll be an expert problem solver who automates workflows to simplify your own work & unlock work for your stakeholders.
• Project management chops: Youll have a strong attention to detail & the ability to understand & plan against cross-dependencies to drive projects forward.
• A collaborative mindset: A proven track record of working cross-functionally to execute your goals.
• Strategic thinking: Ability to go above & beyond by leveling up the quality of the systems, processes, & reporting that support our Sales organization.
• Domain experience: Experience in cloud infrastructure or developer services a plus.

• We reward our employees. The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 based on market data, relevant years of experience, & skills. You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company & individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees, including equity grants upon hire & the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
