What You Will Do
Reporting to the Billing Team Leader of the Group, you would be in charge of a variety of financial & non-financial tasks in order to help guarantee the companys revenues. You will handle the monthly Billing Cycle with the Team. To do that, you will have to manage various topics:
- Generate bills & invoices specific to customer accounts.
- Generate credit notes & deal with clients & internal departments requirements.
- Investigate billing issues as request.
- Deliver invoices to clients via digital & traditional mail services.
- Identify inconsistencies.
- Send delinquent accounts to the collections department.
- Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear & reliable data.
- Challenge current way of working, identify process inefficiencies & focus on continuous improvement.
You will join an agile & dynamic team, in a fast moving scale-up environment & will take part in an international organization that values strong execution, sharing & growing together.

Who You Are
- Living in Spain or a Spanish Work Permit holder.
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
- Prior experience as a Billing Agent.
- Ability to solve problems quickly.
- Experience in accounting / billing for 1 - 2 years.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Incredible attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & ERP software (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus).
- Proactive, curious, & able to adapt in a moving environment.
- Humble & eager to learn.
- Fluent in spoken & written English.
- Spanish, French or another European language would be a strong plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce would be a strong plus.
The position is located in Barcelona.
