Overview

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for developing & expanding customer relationships that promote successful adoption, retention, & loyalty leading to a successful renewal & a world-class customer experience.  

The ideal candidate has the ability to build strong relationships with influencers & decision-makers, strong project management skills, & the tenacity & proactiveness to drive desired outcomes for our customers.

This is a 100% remote role supporting both Central & Eastern US territory customers, so the ability to work in both time zones is required.
