Schedule: 8:00am- 4:30pm Tuesday to Saturday

About the Role

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for daily tasks that are required within data documentation for Warehouse tasks. They are required to manage the data in both Warehouse tools & on Google sheets. They will coordinate with the team to ensure all data is being done correctly & efficiently. They will ensure that all data discrepancies are being documented & reported accordingly for coaching & improvement. You will be responsible for identifying & resolving quality issues while working side by side with the Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance Team.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure all incoming ingredients are received accurately; immediately report damages & quality issues.
• Ensure that the storage areas & warehouse is kept clean & tidy, which includes identifying areas where processes could be improved, & work practices amended.
• Understands & ensures strong compliance of standard processes.
• Supervises & disciplines crew as required. Leads by example by training, motivating & coaching.
• Ensure smooth operation of the warehouse systems,  equipment & machinery & arrange for maintenance & repair work as needed.
• Implement corrective measures & resolve warehouse process gaps.
• Ensure accurate proper & timely reporting of data to generate established KPIs
• Continuously develops employees by coaching & providing insightful feedback. Document progress & ensure associates are cross trained to provide adequate coverage in key processes.
• Ensure the information flow in warehouse systems & paperwork are done accurately & on time.
• Manage company software & databases in order to execute warehouse processes & documentation.
• Use forklift in a safe manner in compliance with Company Health & Safety Policy & oversee daily MHE(Material Handling Equipment) checks.
• Support warehouse projects, system implementations & process improvements.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to work on different projects.
• Use personal protective & safety equipment & clothing as directed by the employer & report workplace hazards & dangers to the supervisor or employer. 
• Other duties as assigned

At a minimum, you have: 

• Bachelors degree or related management work experience.
• Minimum 1-3  years of warehouse experience in a food processing, manufacturing or service industry.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, & Excel skills.
• Energy, enthusiasm, & a can-do attitude. Used to working in a high pressure, fast paced, & constantly changing environment.
• An effective collaborator, who empowers & enables others to share ideas, raises awareness, gets buy-in, & delivers fast & well-rounded solutions to complex problems.
• Ability to handle multiple projects & assignments, able to prioritize & meet budgets deadlines & achieve objectives.
• Ability to maintain sensitive & confidential information.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets), & video conferencing (Hangouts Meet).
