YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Account Manager your primary responsibility is the day-to-day management of your projects within the Account Management team. We are looking for a hands on person who is self-motivated, who consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to punctuality, maintains a polished & professional appearance, & conducts themselves in a manner that upholds the highest standard of professionalism. You will be expected to gain respect & trust through your phenomenal interpersonal skills, creative thinking, to ensure projects & campaigns run smoothly from start to finish & achieve their creative & commercial potential.
This is a fast-paced environment that is fulfilling & fun & requires daily coordination of internal & external stakeholders. The Account Management team will be dependent on you to give your projects direction & support to achieve the very best outcome & deliver exceptional work on time & of a luxury brand standard.
Account Management doesnt only rely on communicating effectively with clients but ensuring one also has impeccable presentation & negotiation skills.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Day-to-day management of creative campaigns for the Content Studio
(but are not limited to)
- Support Account Director on Content Studio deliverables.
- Managing timelines with Snr Project Manager on your projects.
- Ensure that creative outputs are of an exceptional standard.
- Financial Management of cost estimates, billings & the financial administration of projects in a timeous manner.
- Writing & contributing to briefs & developing insights to assist the planning & creative process.
- Stay informed of trends, competitor brands; ensuring creative campaigns stay on the front line of luxury brand campaigns.
- Write contact reports, keep change logs & be able to continuously provide updated information on the status of all projects.
- Build strong & collaborative relationships with all stakeholders internally & externally.
- Managing the post-mortems once campaigns are delivered while finding ways to improve team x ways of working, driving further efficiencies.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years Client Service experience. Currently in an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager role withing a TTL agency.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry.
- Global/regional experience would be a plus.
- Content Production experience is a must. (Film, Stills, Social Content, Digital Content)
- Flexible & adaptable & have a keen eye for detail in every task executed.
- Ability to work on a large, fast paced account.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills.
- Asana or a similar tool will be required.
- Project Management skills will be an advantage.
