Your Role
 Factor_, a HelloFresh brand, is looking for a Production Employee (f/m/d/x) at our Verden location starting around October 2025. You will be responsible for preparing & shipping our popular ready-to-eat meals.

Your Responsibilities

• Flexible work across various areas depending on need: Kitchen, Plating, Pick & Pack or Sipping/Receiving 
• Ensuring product & food quality according to company standards
• Accurate weighing & portioning of meals
• Keeping your workstation & all equipment clean, sanitized, & disinfected
• Proper disposal or recycling of waste & packaging according to our guidelines & training
• Adhering to all occupational safety & hygiene regulations
• Taking on additional tasks as instructed by your supervisor

Your Profile

• Previous experience in food production is an advantage but not required
• A certificate according to 43 of the German Infection Protection Act (IfSG) formerly known as a health certificate is desirable but not mandatory. If you dont have it, well organize & cover the costs
• Good verbal & written skills in German or English
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends & public holidays
• Physically able to work while standing & walking for most of your shift (up to 8 hours or more), including in changing temperature zones between 4C & 26C
• Capable of lifting products weighing up to 23 kg, & performing tasks that involve bending, twisting, & kneeling
• Able to work independently & in a team; reliable, punctual, & committed
• Careful & conscientious handling of food
• Strong quality awareness & a basic understanding of food quality characteristics, with attention to detail when inspecting products
