Associate Account Manager | Los Angeles, CA

What Youll Do:

We are looking for a passionate Associate Account Manager to join our rapidly growing West Coast Brand Partnerships team. You will be responsible for overseeing the success of multiple branded projects, & will report directly to the Account Director. The successful candidate will work in lock step with clients & internal teams, shepherding projects from kickoff to publish.

  • Serve as the key day-to-day account contact with clients & mid-level internal stakeholders
  • Foster strong, trusted relationships with Sales, Creative, Production & Post-Production teams
  • Update cross-functional team partners, ensuring all parties are clear on next steps & overall targets throughout campaign lifespans
  • Support Account Supervisor with daily tasks, including meeting notes, client presentation builds, & timeline updates
  • Interpret & distill information across departments quickly & accurately
  • Balance several work streams at a time, exercising good judgment in how/when to prioritize certain tasks & projects
  • Organize & run internal & external meetings from project kickoffs & status meetings to creative reviews
  • Reliably update status sheets, track meeting notes, & send detailed client recaps that are free of typos & inaccuracies
  • Availability for some evening & weekend work to attend shoots when client is present

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of experience at a social publisher or creative agency
  • Familiarity with social media & short-form video
  • A deep interest in the mission of ATTN: & the social issues we highlight
  • Proven & pristine verbal & written communication skills including client email & phone etiquette (free of typos or grammatical errors)
  • Ability to multitask, while remaining detail-oriented
  • Appreciation for team-based work that requires a solutions-oriented mindset

  • Knowledgeable of current video production processes
  • Eager to learn & further strategic skills, including reporting
  • Proficient in software to help keep the team organized (MS Office, Google Products, Smartsheet, Keynote, Trello, Slack, etc.)
  • A team player with hustle & a keen creative eye for making groundbreaking content that stands for something
