We are seeking a proactive Contract Recruiter to join our People team. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, & recruiting top-tier talent, predominantly focusing on technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software engineering roles, exceptional communication skills, & the ability to identify & move forward exceptional candidates quickly.
Scope of Services:
- Source, screen, & engage candidates for various roles, predominantly technical software engineering positions & product postions.
- Build & maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
- Serve as a strategic partner to internal leadership, aligning hiring initiatives with business objectives to attract & retain top-tier talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, & technical skills needed.
- Conduct initial phone screenings, assess technical qualifications, & assess cultural fit.
- Provide a high level of candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, & recruitment best practices.
Skills & Experience:
Required:
- 3+ years proven experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting for technical roles, particularly Software Engineering.
- Strong understanding of software engineering concepts, programming languages, & technical skills.
- Experience working on roles within Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Machine Learning/AI, Data, etc.
- Background recruiting for Contract roles or you have worked with Global Employment Platforms.
- Ability to engage & influence passive candidates.
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS & LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, & organizational skills.
- Fluent in reading, writing, & speaking in English.
- SaaS/tech industry experience
- Experience recruiting in LATAM (Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, etc.)
Preferred:
- Experience in recruiting for tech companies or startups.
- Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, SQL, etc.) is a plus.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
This position works remotely & is hireable in Latin America (Mexico; Colombia; Brazil; Argentina; Chile).
