YOUR ROLE:

Rapp is seeking an Account Supervisor to oversee internal teams & align with client expectations. You will be the day-to-day manager of the client relationship, a brand advocate, an agency facilitator, & a trusted partner to both clients & your team. We will depend on your marketing acumen & acute business sense to steward all elements of the engagement including project definition, scope management, risk management, hand-off management, & team management.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be a liaison to multiple internal & external stakeholders to ensure integration across the business monitoring, projecting & providing innovative solutions to marketing issues.
  • Understand & support creative & technical workstreams; oversee & guide teams against business objectives.
  • Demonstrate accountability for agency performance, as well as financial & commercial management of the business, supported by VP.
  • Facilitate the development of project briefs, working with strategic planners & analysts.
  • Support advanced planning for campaign development forecasted for future months, balancing client business changes & priorities proactively.
  • Become a SME on client business environment & products
  • Manage client expectations, objectives, timelines, & budgets.
  • Support VP in an integrated agency model to ensure agency teams are aligned & working against shared goals.
  • Manage interface with clients, creative teams, production, & development teams.
  • Collaborate with other depts. (analytics, marketing strategy, creative, technology, etc.) to create & activate marketing communications plans, & SME showcases.
  • Evaluate the input & ideas of creative, media & strategic planning relative to strategy & client preferences.
  • Advocate for the business internally, & keeps the agency team informed, focused, & enthused about the work & the business.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 5+ years of account management experience in an agency setting required; CRM experience required
  • Experience working with creative, analytics/marketing sciences as well as technical teams such as HTML (Salesforce integration a plus)
  • Demonstrate solid mid-level client experience & ability to navigate complex client organizations required.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Needs to be comfortable with ambiguity at times (both with clients & internally) be able to demonstrate flexibility & creative problem solving.
  • Very experienced in presenting information both orally & in writing with excellent interpersonal, presentation & written skills.
  • Positive attitude & sound work ethic with the desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility & creative problem solving.
  • Sets & manages multiple project deliverables including time & cost estimates with internal & external clients.
  • Understands & manages factors related to account profitability, client satisfaction, & client retention.
  • Needs to be a team player, friendly, easy to work with.
  • Needs to be able to handle many different personalities both internally & externally.
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast paced & deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to work effectively & proactively within a team setting that is geographically dispersed.

Our Hybrid Work Model:

RAPP's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections & collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, if we'd like.

This range is specific to Dallas & multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience & training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
