Warby Parker is on the lookout for an experienced multi-store District Leader to play an integral part in laying the foundation for our growing Retail business. (At other brands, you might see similar roles called District Manager.) District Leaders have a direct impact on defining the retail experience for our customers & employees. Each one is responsible for financial performance, retail experience, & operational duties for all retail locations in their marketand must also ensure the Warby Parker brand is fluently being translated in the store experience with both customers & employees.
