We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Client Platform team. The purpose of our team is to enhance the architecture & increase the productivity & development experience of our engineers. You'll be joining a team focused on developer experience & common non-user-facing architecture that underpins the development of the Wattpad app. This is a very capable team that keeps our platform running seamlessly. We believe in a team culture that enables empowered engineers to fix problems in the way that they see fit.

As the Technical Project Manager, you will bring your advanced knowledge of agile & lean practices, sharing your passion to keep up with evolving practices as a way to constantly improve delivery. As a crucial member of this team, you will think ahead & anticipate risks, blockers, & other potential barriers to delivery; working to address/remove these in advance & shield the team so they can focus on their day-to-day. You would also look at opportunities for efficient cross-team collaboration/outreach, figuring out dependencies, coaching & facilitating discussions among groups.
