The role: 

The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst will join a tight-knit FP&A team that is highly committed to building out a best-in-class operational & analytical function. Serving as a key business & strategic partner, you will help to ensure that financial, strategic, & operational objectives for the business are met. You will design & refine financial & operating models to help predict future performance, perform scenario analyses, & help to guide the business on strategic decisions, in addition to preparing monthly & quarterly management reporting. Additionally, youll participate in process improvement initiatives to support our growth & drive efficiencies that help us scale as an FP&A team.

Why youre a great fit: 

• You have 3+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment working cross-functionally & building relationships with business partners & supporting the Sales Function
• You have demonstrated success in building budgets & forecasts, financial modeling, & have a keen understanding of financial close & forecasting processes 
• You possess an understanding of an Sales org, & can support the management of that business with proactive recommendations & insights toward long & short-term targets
• Youre competent in working with large data sets & BI reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.). Additionally, youre experienced in using sales & financial systems (Salesforce, Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, etc.), & have advanced skills in Excel

Base compensation: $105,000 - $115,000. Total compensation for this role also includes incentive stock options & benefits. This compensation range may be adjusted based on actual experience.
