Change & Delivery Director

Job responsibilities The Transformation team has a critical role in delivering productivity & efficiency improvements for existing & new clients. The team currently have a strong pipeline of work, all of which is designed to boost overall performance through increased client revenue, lower operating costs, better client satisfaction & staff productivity.

As Change & Delivery Director you are responsible for the implementation of strategic initiatives, process improvements & technology adoption to optimise marketing campaigns, customer engagement, & overall team & account performance. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of agency marketing operations, technology, & a proven track record in driving organisational change.

 

Main Duties & Responsibilities Strategic Leadership

  • Working with Marketing Orchestration Senior Leadership team, proactively identify transformation opportunities for existing & new clients.
  • Work closely with other departments, SMEs & agencies within our network to expand cross-selling opportunities that boost brand performance for our clients.
  • Understand our service offerings, processes & platforms & clearly communicate the agency vision for Transformation.
  • Work closely with Marketing Orchestration Senior Leadership team to align transformation efforts with overall agency vision.
  • Serve as the primary interface for Transformation with the clients you work with.

 

Process Improvement

  • Identify areas of inefficiency within agency processes & workflows for the clients you work with.
  • Make process improvement recommendations that increase revenue or deliver cost savings for the clients you work with.
  • Lead teams on process reengineering initiatives to help streamline agency operations & reduce cost for the clients you work with.
  • Lead teams to Implement best practice process improvement to optimize marketing campaign execution.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) & reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of any process improvement

 

Technology Integration

  • Working closely with RAPP product teams & technology partners, assess & select marketing technology solutions that align with client needs & transformation strategy.
  • Working closely with other departments, disciplines & agencies within our network oversee the implementation of any marketing technology solution.
  • Ensure that any technology investments enhance the clients capabilities, performance & results.

 

Technology Integration

  • Working closely with RAPP product teams & technology partners, assess & select marketing technology solutions that align with client needs & transformation strategy.
  • Working closely with other departments, disciplines & agencies within our network oversee the implementation of any marketing technology solution.

  • Demonstrate leadership & influencing skills.
  • Hold expert communication, negotiation & influencing skills to build & maintain excellent working relationships with a broad range of agency & client stakeholders.
  • Ensure optimum engagement from agency staff & client stakeholders to deliver change, securing appropriate buy in, support & understanding (where relevant).

 

Financial & Resources

  • Secure & report on project budgets for all transformation projects, ensuring close control of all project expenditure & team realisation.
  • Present effective business justification for any required investment funding, developing & presenting business cases to VP, Marketing Orchestration & Finance Leads where necessary.

Staff Management & training: Where relevant hold responsibility for the management & leadership of Transformation Delivery Leads, their deliverables, performance, & development Manage direct reports proactively, ensuring they fulfil their potential.

Person Specification

Personal specification

Experience & qualifications

  • Multidisciplinary experience including project management, business process design, digital technology, solution testing, organizational change & transformation projects.
  • A strong background in customer experience marketing
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology & automation platforms.
  • Curious about emerging technologies & their application in an agency world
  • Excellent communication, leadership, & interpersonal skills.
  • A university degree in a related field
  • Minimum 7+ years Agency experience with exposure to large corporate clients
  • Proven track record of service improvement and/or operational management
  • Good understanding of project governance & change management principles
