What You Will Do:

We are hiring an experienced sales leader to drive business growth in Japan, focusing on large enterprise accounts. In this role, you will prospect & engage with senior decision-makers in Information Security & Risk teams across the region. As a Senior Account Executive, "Major Account Director" for Japan, youll leverage your relationships & deep understanding of the local market to present the value of SecurityScorecards solutions. Youll work closely with prospects, customers, & internal teams to drive adoption & growth. This position reports to our Japan Country Manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on hunting & new business acquisition
  • 5+ years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota, especially with $1M+ ARR targets
  • Experience closing 6- & 7-figure deals with enterprise clients in Japan
  • Strong local network within Japans security & risk community
  • Native-level Japanese & fluent English preferred
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems & sales tools
  • Deep understanding of business practices & buying cycles in Japan
