Join DoubleVerify as an Account Management Intern to support client relations & gain ad tech experience.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in client meetings by preparing discovery questions, drafting meeting agendas, & handling follow-up communications.
- Craft client emails & support ongoing client service efforts.
- Conduct research on clients & industry news to identify potential risks & opportunities that could influence client strategies.
- Join external client-facing meetings.
- Complete assigned tasks within appropriate SLA/deadline on a daily basis.
- Create cases in Salesforce for requesting support from the Implementation Management.
- Work closely with Account Managers to develop performance recaps, analyze data, & identify trends & opportunities for optimization.
- Develop & present a strategic account plan to the Account Management leadership.
- Participate in internal training sessions & meetings to enhance knowledge & service quality.
- Support clients with activation across Social & open web campaigns.
This is a 6-month internship starting ASAP.
About You
The ideal candidate is:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree at an accredited institution.
- Possessing strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, & PowerPoint.
- A self-starter & self-motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Interested in the digital advertising or ad tech industry with a desire to learn.
- Fluent in French & English language
- Happy to work on a hybrid basis, attending the office 3 days per week
