Wealthfront is looking for a senior product designer to work on a new business line. Reporting directly to the VP of Design, this role will be joining a tight team of very senior designers. Wealthfront pioneered automated investing by offering broad access to sophisticated investing strategies at a fraction of the cost of traditional financial advisers. That formed the beginning of a much broader vision for how our products can serve our mission to build a financial system that favors people over institutions. Since then, we've continued to expand the ways we help our clients build long-term wealth through saving, investing, & more. 

Your role will be to work on the end-to-end experience of a new business line. You'll collaborate closely with other designers & cross-functional partners on your team to define the direction for your work. You'll build on quantitative & qualitative research to craft delightful experiences that meet our customer & business goals.

Success in this role will require strong communication skills, critical thinking, a high bar for craft, & executional excellence. We're looking for a senior designer who is equally excited to design an excellent experience as they are to dig into the complexities of what makes our products tick. 

Passion or past experience building consumer financial technology products is highly desirable.
