As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in shaping & executing our talent acquisition strategy as we scale our business in Europe. This position offers an exciting blend of creative thinking, hands-on work, & collaborative engagement with many departments across Via. Your main focus will be to serve as the primary point of contact for candidates interviewing at Via & ensure the full candidate experience is best-in-class.

Communicate with candidates at every interview stage, managing introductory calls, travel arrangements, scheduling interviews, & remote/on-site meetings across Europe
Actively engage with a broad range of roles across the entire organization. Whether it's Operations, Partnerships, Finance, or Engineering, you will foster collaboration and work closely with hiring managers to define & optimize interview processes

Prepare Via's team for interviews & promptly share feedback with the hiring teams
Manage workflows in our ATS (Greenhouse) with an eye for detail
Maintain consistent communication with candidates, ensuring a positive & smooth experience
Who You Are:
Fluent in English & German (C1 or above)

Salary range: 42000-48000 plus equity.
