We are looking for a Website Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role you will help set the strategy for optimizing CLEARs website across all products, own governance of content & other website strategy & management tools, & contribute to traffic & conversion growth. You will partner with key internal stakeholders to engage prospects & customers, drive profitable outcomes, & keep pace with the ever-evolving requirements to win in organic search & prospect conversion.
What you'll do:
- Develop a deep understanding of our website visitors through data, insights, & cross-functional partnerships (Analytics, Content, Research)
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Creative, Development, & Product teams to implement site experiences for campaigns, product initiatives, tests, & always-on programs
- Analyze the journey & develop, refine, & implement short & long-term web optimization & experimentation strategies that drive efficiency, from landing pages to UI enhancements
- Lead technical search engine optimization initiatives; collaborate on content development & opportunities that improve website traffic & performance
How you'll measure success:
- Track & reporting traffic, ranking, keyword, & other KPI insights to drive SEO decisions
- A/B test across the site to optimize leads & conversions
- Measure & help capture market share of online PreCheck enrollments vs. competitors
What you're great at:
- 5+ years of hands-on website management, optimization & development experience
- Experience managing a B2B & B2C brand's website, & improving core site metrics to meet organizational goals
- Experience with working in content management systems
- Knowledge & proficiency with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc)
- Expert user with Google Analytics, Google Search Console
- Strong understanding of HTML & JavaScript

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - 150,000, depending on levels of skills & experience.
The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
