WEBTOON is hiring a skilled & experienced Group Director of Creative Services to work in its Los Angeles office & lead its North American Creative Services team. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Group Director is responsible for leading an in-house full service creative team, establishing the creative vision, & developing high quality & engaging creative solutions that drive user acquisition & engagement across all formats & channels. They must be a digital-first creative leader especially adept at video & animation & who has deep experience in developing managing teams that create compelling campaigns driving measurable business results. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record in leading all aspects of a creative team including but not limited to setting the creative vision based on business needs & managing resource allocation & budget.
