As Business Development Operations Analysts supporting our US Government teams, we do more than just support our leaders; we track & stabilize projects, remove roadblocks, drive operational outcomes, & anticipate needs, allowing the team to focus on the problems they are best equipped to solve. This role requires a combination of operations, project management, process optimization, & execution skills.

In this role, you'll demonstrate your strength in organization & innovate on ways to help the people you support be as productive & impactful as possible. You're resourceful & can drive toward a solution if things go awry. Communication is one of your greatest strengths & you excel at constructing order out of ambiguity.

You will also be responsible for driving US Government projects forward & owning their operational outcomes.
