About the role:

The Virtual Care Operational Strategy Senior Manager will lead the command & control center & strategic partnerships for the Virtual Care Operations team. 

This role will oversee strategic vendor & partnership relationships from evaluation through launch, the operational planning & implementation of virtual care for commercial partners, & the go to market work planning for all virtual plan design launch activities.

You will report into the Associate Director, Care Delivery. This is a remote role, you will work remotely in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington. Note, this list of states is subject to change.


  • Evaluate strategic vendor partners, & manage end to end relationships from diligence through contracting, launch & ongoing operational support
  • Build, monitor, & iterate on operating model for new virtual +Oscar & vendor partners & act as consultative, client-facing point of contact
  • Oversee launch activities & build playbooks & project plans for virtual client base
  • Manage & maintain relationships with relevant cross functional stakeholders; reporting out on successes to executive audience
  • Directly manage, coach & develop team who will own vendor level projects & relationships


  • 6+ years of relevant operational & healthcare work experience, including commercialization & business development experience
  • 4+ years of experience managing individual contributors 
  • Management consulting experience
  • Work / project planning experience
  • Excel & financial modeling experience

Bonus points:

  • experience working in a startup environment
  • Healthcare experience
