As a Talent Acquisition Project Assistant, you will join a team of 20+ led by Marjorie, our Head of Talent Acquisition.

You will directly report to Marjorie & work closely with the Talent Acquisition Managers. Your mission will be to support the Talent Acquisition team by working on several Talent Acquisition projects & coordinating all interview processes. You will play a key role in the success of the team.

‍‍ As a Talent Acquisition Assistant at Qonto, you will

Help the Talent Acquisition Managers by scheduling interviews
Make the process more efficient by identifying pain points & thinking about potential improvement
Support the Talent Acquisition's strategy by helping on several continuous improvement projects (e.g. campus management, perks & salary benchmarks, employer branding, tools improvement, etc)

About You

Experience: You had a successful first experience as an assistant or Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Assistant
Eager to learn: You are passionate about recruitment topics (and ready to learn if you are not an expert already)
Organizational skills: You are hands-on & able to multitask & prioritize your daily workload. You are also able to follow the hiring process with great rigour
Problem solver: Nothing can stop you!
Communication skills: You know how to adapt to different stakeholders, visions & needs
Languages: You speak both French & English fluently
