At Squarespace, we empower product teams to solve meaningful customer & business problems. Were looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead Acuity Channels, the team responsible for expanding the reach & impact of Acuity businesses through partnerships,  integrations & next-generation distribution platforms, from embedded booking to emerging AI, LLM, & agentic channels that make it effortless for users to book from anywhere.

As the team responsible for Acuity Scheduling helps entrepreneurs manage appointments effortlessly so they can focus on what they love. As the product lead for Channels, youll shape how Acuity-powered services are discovered, booked, & experienced across the web; connecting businesses to their clients wherever they are. This role sits at the intersection of product, partnerships, & platform strategy, driving the vision for how Acuity integrates into the broader digital ecosystem. Youll design & negotiate integrations that scale, align architectures between Acuity & our partners, & ensure that every collaboration advances our strategic goals & delivers measurable business outcomes.

Youll operate as a strategic & technical bridge, balancing external partnership dynamics with internal priorities, advocating for Acuitys objectives, & translating between systems, data models, & organizations. The result: a more open, discoverable, & connected scheduling experience that drives growth for millions of businesses.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week in our Aveiro, Portugal office. You will report to the Senior Group Product Manager on the Acuity Scheduling team.

You'll Get To

  • Own the product vision & roadmap for Acuitys distribution & syndication capabilities, defining how Acuity inventory appears both on & off-platform.
