Overview

We are seeking a talented operations analyst to join our team & support the Sales & Account Management functions. This position requires an analytical professional who has a track record building business partnership & possesses a unique blend of analytical, process & strategic thinking capabilities.

The Revenue Operations Analyst is a key individual contributor & trusted source of information, driving efficiency of our teams through data analytics & insights. We thrive on data-driven decision making & will rely on this individual for analytical & operational support. This is a unique opportunity to learn about the Sales & Account Management functions at Acquia as well as being a key individual contributor to a fast paced sales organization.

What youll be responsible for:

  • Manage the creation & maintenance of critical sales reports & dashboards
  • Design, develop & deliver robust & scalable reporting relating to customer renewals & renewal management
  • Contribute as a thought partner for sales leadership, with a focus on analytics & process infrastructure
  • Serve as a contact for senior leadership on KPIs, managing both standard & complex requests through execution
  • Provide sales support with timely responses to revenue operations JIRA tickets
  • Quickly solve discrepancies & errors in the moment while helping develop long-term solutions
  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to improve internal processes & ensure consistency with business need
  • Use data trends to identify, prioritize & scope key strategic initiatives/projects accordingly
  • Build & maintain key documentation regarding our policies & sales processes; help enforce compliance at all levels
  • Collaborate across teams to plan & execute ongoing automation improvements
  • Leverage technical expertise to collaborate with Salesforce admin team & represent SFDC issues for system enhancements & maintenance 

What youll need to be successful:

  • 3-5 years of relevant sales/business operations experience & experience using Salesforce
  • Experience working with Account Management / Customer Success teams & metrics is preferred
  • Sophisticated Excel skills & capable of interpreting/manipulating data
  • A natural problem-solver who seeks out creative solutions using process + technology
  • Capable of translating technical information or complex concepts to internal customers & stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative environment
  • Autonomous worker who requires little direction but thrives on collaborative projects
  • Able to work on multiple projects & meet deadlines
  • Extremely detail oriented with a focus on data quality & hygiene
  • Exceptional analytical & quantitative skills
