What You Will Be Doing:
Your role will be central to building positive relationships with employees, guests, & tenants, ensuring our workplace is a place where people feel valued, safe & empowered to bring their authentic selves to work.
- Front Desk Management: Be the first point of contact for all visitors, staff, tenants, & couriers, representing HelloFresh with enthusiasm & professionalism.
- Customer-Centric Service: Respond to queries & facilities tickets for HelloFresh & two sub-tenants, ensuring timely & efficient resolution.
- Facilities Support: Maintain office supplies, stock food & beverage, stationery, & toiletries, keeping the space running smoothly.
- Security: Monitor building access, ensuring adherence to safety protocols & the security of the workspace.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify & make small, impactful improvements to the workplace environment, contributing to a positive employee experience.
- Vendor Management: Work with external service providers & facilities contractors to ensure smooth operations (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, security).
- Collaborative Environment: Partner with the Workplace & Culture team to enhance workplace initiatives, foster relationships, & continually improve employee experiences.
Who You Are:
- Experience: You have proven experience in front-of-house or reception roles, ideally leading reception individually over the last couple of years.
- Customer Service: Youre a true people person who thrives on connecting with others & loves to make a positive impact.
- Organisational Skills: You enjoy maintaining routine, keeping everything organised, & managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proactive & Detail-Oriented: Youre a self-starter who can spot areas for improvement & take action with minimal supervision.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using tools like Jira, GSuite, Canva, & are eager to learn new software.
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, working with a diverse range of stakeholders, from employees to external partners.

Location: The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London
This role is office-based (Monday Friday, 8am-5pm).
