The Job
For our ambitious, fast growing team in Copenhagen, we are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing (Offline channels). Working in our Marketing Team, you will take a leading role in improving on the current & future business growth & profitability. You will be responsible for leading a team of growth managers to identify & drive high impact marketing initiatives that will scale our overall topline & step change how we grow our local channels & incremental revenue streams.
You will be based out of our Nordic head office in Island Brygge, Copenhagen & report to the Director of Growth & Marketing Strategy.
You will
- Lead & develop a team of high performing growth managers with a strong managerial focus on direction, structure, feedback & coaching
- Overlook the long term growth & profitability strategy of our locally owned channels such as direct mail, direct sales, podcast, & product sampling
- Oversee marketing operations & guide the team on process optimisation around in-box marketing materials & sampling products to improve the overall customer experience
- Ideate, prioritize, execute & report on growth initiatives in close partnership with a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders & external agencies to maximize the full potential of opportunities
- Co-shape the marketing strategy working with local & global management teams by surfacing new learnings, implement best practices, implementing creative initiatives
- Assist on cross-departmental strategic growth projects
- Be responsible for the budgets & KPI setting across your channel portfolio in order to drive both growth & profitability
- Utilize a data-driven methodology, analysis, & measurement to improve effectiveness & efficiency of our local growth channels
You have
- 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing Management, DTC Consumer Marketing, Management Consulting or similar
- Experience in managing an agile team of highly engaged talents
- Experience in working with marketing channels & steering on marketing KPIs
- A commercial & data driven mindset with strong business acumen & analytical capabilities
- Advanced project management skills & the ability to juggle multiple projects & stakeholders
- Persistence & bias-to-action with a track record of performance
- Proven experience & passion for working across functions & with senior stakeholders
- A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or similar quantitative discipline
- Fluency in English. Nordic language capabilities not required
